Alpha Air Heating & Cooling, LLC (“Alpha Air,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates alphaairco.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, how we use it, and what choices you have.
We are a residential heating and cooling contractor based in Castle Rock, Colorado. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run an advertising network.

Information you give us
Contact and estimate forms. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the service you selected, and any message you write. We use it to respond to your request, schedule service, and follow up about the work.
Phone calls and email. If you call or email us, we keep a record of the conversation as needed to serve you. We do not record phone calls.
Information you provide during service. If you become a customer, we collect what we need to do the work and bill for it, which may include your service address, details about your equipment, and notes about the job.
We do not take payments through this website.

Server logs. Our web host records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and understanding general site performance.

Cloudways. Our website is hosted on Cloudways infrastructure. Server logs described above are processed there.
Facebook and Instagram. We link to our social profiles. Following those links takes you to sites operated by Meta under their own privacy policies. We do not embed Meta tracking pixels on this site.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your appointment, our arrival time, scheduling changes, or a quote you asked for. These are service messages related to work you requested. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly. Opting out of texts does not affect our ability to reach you by phone or email about scheduled work.
How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your questions and estimate requests
- Schedule, perform, and follow up on service work
- Contact you about an appointment or a job in progress
- Keep records required for warranties, permits, and inspections

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only in these situations:
Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our web host and email provider. They may access information only as needed to perform their work for us.
Equipment manufacturers and distributors. When a warranty registration or a parts claim requires it.
Permitting authorities. Douglas County and the Town of Castle Rock require permits for certain work. Submitting a permit application means providing the property address and job details to that jurisdiction.
Legal requirements. If we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or someone’s safety.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward in case you contact us again.
Customer service records are kept longer, because warranty claims, permit records, and tax obligations require it. In general we retain customer records for at least seven years.
Server logs are retained on a rolling basis by our host.
Your rights
Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to:
- Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access it
- Correct inaccuracies
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Obtain a portable copy of data you provided to us
- Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling
We do not sell personal data, engage in targeted advertising, or conduct profiling that produces legal effects, so those opt-outs do not currently apply to anything we do.

Some records we are legally required to keep, such as permit and tax documentation, cannot be deleted on request.
Children
This website is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including a secure connection to this website and limited access to customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site links to pages we do not control, including the Better Business Bureau, Google, and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
